Questions
Good to know.
Do I need to be home?
Not if you've paid by Venmo. We leave everything on your porch and text you a photo when it's there. Paying cash? Someone needs to be home to hand it off.
How do I pay?
Once you send your order, we'll reach out to confirm your total. Pay by Venmo then, or with cash when we deliver. There's no online checkout and no card needed.
How long will the pumpkins last?
Uncarved pumpkins last for weeks in cool weather. Once carved, most last about a week, so carve a few days before Halloween for the best porch on the 31st.
Are the tools safe for kids?
The carving tools are made for pumpkins, but kids should carve with an adult. For little ones, the Little Pumpkins paint kit has no blades at all.
What if a pumpkin arrives damaged?
Send us a photo and we'll replace it on our next delivery run, no charge.
When will my order arrive?
Order Monday through Friday and it arrives that Saturday or Sunday for $9.99. Weekend orders go out the following weekend. Need it sooner? Choose next-day delivery for $30 on the order form.
